PROFILE

Tiffany completed her pupillage with Ms. Anita Yip S.C., Mr. Lawrence Hui, Mr. Stanley Ng and Mr. Felix Ng.  Tiffany is developing a mixed practice with a growing focus in Matrimonial Law. She has worked as sole counsel and led-junior on a wide range of matrimonial matters, inter alia, trials for ancillary relief, children custody and third-party beneficial interests, FDRs and various applications on committal, MPS and litigation funding, Hadkinson order, specific discovery, setting aside transactions, children relocation and access.  

 

Tiffany accepts instructions in all areas of work in both English and Chinese. ​​​

TTK v NPS [2025] HKFC 68

Appealed on behalf of H against master’s decision on how to carry out a sale of property in a consent order for the disposal of ancillary relief matters (sole counsel).

 

WHK v LCH [2024] HKFC 147 

Appeared on behalf of W on the trial for ancillary relief (with Mr. Ken Chan) and a previous section 17 MPPO application (sole counsel).  H was ordered to pay costs on an indemnity basis for his section 17 disposition. 

 

WYC, formerly known as WYC v TWK [2024] HKFC 124

Appeared on behalf of H on the trial for the third-party beneficial interest of a property under W’s sole name (with Mr. Ken Chan).  H’s brother was deemed the beneficial owner of 65% of the property, with costs for H and H’s brother.
