PROFILE

Harry was called to the Bar in 2019.    

Before commencing practice, he served as a Judicial Assistant at the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal from 2017 to 2018.    

His practice includes family and general civil matters. In family law, he has experience in a wide range of matrimonial matters, including ancillary relief, children custody, third-party beneficial interests, FDRs and CDRs, and interlocutory applications such as maintenance pending suit, litigation funding, specific discovery, applications under section 17 of the MPPO, and enforcement proceedings.    

 

In civil practice, he has experience in tenancy disputes, mortgage actions, bankruptcy, adverse possession, trusts, probate, contractual disputes and personal injuries.      

 

He has also conducted criminal trials in the Magistrates’ Courts, acting for both the prosecution and the defence.
