PROFILE/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sally obtained both her LLB and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong. She then served her pupillage with Mr. Erik Shum, Mr. Valentine Yim, Mr. Raymond Yu, Mr. Eugene Yim and Mr. Vincent Chen. She joined Chambers in 2019.

Sally is developing a broad practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work, including criminal and civil. She accepts instructions for both advocacy and advisory work, and has appeared in the High Court both in her own right and as a led junior.

Sally has been involved in cases concerning areas of law including criminal, family, contract, bankruptcy, winding up, commercial, company, probate, adverse possession, building management, compulsory sale, tort, personal injuries, employment, trust, IPO, trademark and arbitration.
