PROFILE
Hayley was a Judicial Assistant at the Court of Final Appeal between 2018 and 2019. She joined Chambers in 2020 after serving pupillage with Mr. Osmond Lam, Mr. Robin Egerton, Mr. Earl Deng, Mr. John Hui, and Mr. Richard Yip. She was a recipient of the Hong Kong Bar Association Charles Ching Memorial Scholarship in 2020 and received advanced advocacy training in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Hayley is developing a broad practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She has appeared either as sole advocate or led junior in the High Court, District Court, Family Court, Magistrates' Courts, tribunals and appeal boards. She can provide written submissions and conduct hearings in both Chinese and English.
